Rosemary simple syrup

Rosemary simple syrup

My husband loves to make cocktails. He returns from his business trips with ideas of new mixes that he hastens to try to reproduce at home. That’s how he wanted to make this rosemary syrup, so he could integrate it into drinks.

A simple syrup is a one to one ration between sugar and water. It’s always fun to find ingredients to perfume it.

The syrup can be stored for about a month in the refrigerator.

  • In a saucepan, mix the sugar and the water; add the fresh rosemary.
